Black sesame seeds are ‘Kharif’ crops planted in summers at our organic farm. Black Sesame seed plantation requires soil which doesn’t retain moisture for long.
Harvested
Black sesame seed is harvested manually. The seeds are sundried to evaporate the excess moisture.
Kachi Ghani
Black sesame seed oil is obtained in a wooden Ghani under mechanical pressure. No heat treatment is involved in this process.
Packaging
