Girorganic A2 Gir Cow Milk comes straight from our own herd of 550+ purebred Gir cows, lovingly raised on our certified organic farm in Gujarat. Unlike regular milk, our milk is naturally rich in A2 beta-casein protein — known for being easier to digest and gentler on the stomach, making it a healthier choice for families, children, and elders alike.

At Girorganic, ethics and care are at the heart of everything we do. We proudly follow a "Calves First" policy, where the first 40–50% of milk is always reserved for the calf. Only the surplus is collected for our customers — ensuring nourishment begins where it matters most.

    Is this A2 Gir Cow Milk?

    Yes, GirOrganic dairy farm only consists of A2 Gir Cows, and the milk produced by them is A2 milk. We are the fourth generation of a farmer's family, and our grandfather started with 10 Gir cows in 1990. Today, we have more than 450 Gir cows on our farm.

    Where Do You Deliver Milk?

    Is GirOrganic A2 Gir Cow Milk Pasteurised?

    No, GirOrganic A2 milk is not pasteurized. It is freshly packed, raw and chilled. Within a few hours of milking the cows, it gets delivered to your doorstep.

    Is it available in a bottle or a pouch?

    GirOrganic A2 Gir Cow Milk is available in a glass bottle as well as a pouch.

    Are cows injected with hormonal/growth injections?

    We consider cow as our mother, and one should not hurt their mother. We do not use any hormonal or growth injections on our cows, and we milk our cows only after feeding the calves first.

    What are the cows fed?

    Gir A2 Cow fodder is prepared using 7-10 different components like Jinjava grass, alfa, maize, mineral supplements, groundnut cake, Napier grass, etc.

    What are A1 & A2 Milk?

    A1 and A2 are the protein content of milk. A1 protein is found in western breeds of cows like Jersey, HF, Guernishire, etc., while A2 protein is found in indigenous breeds of cows like Gir, Kankrej, Sahiwal, and Red Sindhi, etc. A2 protein is easier to digest than A1 protein.
