The traditional stone-ground method draws out the full intensity of the spices, creating a taste that lingers and warms the heart. 

The pickle is carefully packed into a barni, an earthen jar that has held generations of pickles in Indian homes. It ferments naturally for 13 to 15 days, soaking in the earthy aroma, spices, and sunshine, turning into something truly special and soulful. 

This recipe comes straight from our grandmother’s kitchen, where her secret ingredients, the special masale and love, made every meal unforgettable. Each spoonful carries the warmth of those memories and the essence of tradition.
