Product Description
GirOrganic Wood Pressed Black Mustard Oil is made in the traditional Kachhi Ghani (Kolhu). The mustard seeds are pressed slowly at 35 to 40°C, so the oil keeps its natural taste, strong aroma, nutrients, and helpful qualities. Before the oil reaches you, it is also tested in the lab for purity and safety.
Our mustard seeds are sourced from our trusted farmers in Rajasthan. They grow the crop with care using natural and organic methods like cow dung, compost, and other farm-made inputs. Every seed is picked and cleaned by hand. We press the seeds in small batches so each bottle stays fresh and pure.
For Indians, mustard oil is not just oil, it is an emotion and a part of our culture, our kitchen, and our home, and from cooking to pickles, from massages to simple home remedies, it has been trusted for generations, which is why we make it using the same old, traditional method.
GirOrganic Black Mustard Oil gives you real, natural flavour and the warm feeling of something made with honesty, care, and tradition.

FAQ
What is difference between refined and cold pressed oil ?
Regular refined oils are typically extracted using solvents and high-speed grinding methods, reaching temperatures up to 90°C. This process not only diminishes the taste and nutritional value of the oil but also generates harmful trans fats, posing risks to heart health. Our cold-pressed oils are extracted through the traditional Kolhu method, maintaining a normal temperature. This process preserves the natural flavor, color, and nutritional properties of the seeds.
Why Girorganic wood pressed oils are expensive ?
At GirOrganic, we employ traditional methods to extract oil in small batches. By extracting oil from seeds at low RPM, we ensure that its aroma and nutritional value are preserved. While this process may be slower and more time-consuming, the resulting output is healthier for our bodies and entirely free from any chemicals.
Can we use mustard oil for cooking?
Similar to other oils, mustard oil is suitable for cooking purposes. Its high smoke point makes it ideal for frying and sautéing vegetables.
