Girorganic Mango Pickle is a heartfelt tribute to tradition, crafted from the legendary Rajapuri mangoes—widely regarded as the finest choice for pickle making. Our recipe isn’t just a method; it’s a cherished memory from our grandmother’s kitchen, followed with love and care just the way she did—no shortcuts, no compromises. Each mango is hand-cut into delicate pieces and gently soaked in a turmeric and salt solution for 48 soulful hours, allowing the fruit to absorb every ounce of warmth, flavor, and golden color. Once infused, the mangoes are spread under the open sky, sun-dried for 3 to 4 days, soaking in the natural energy of the sun—just as our elders once did in courtyards filled with laughter and stories. Next, we add a rich blend of stone-ground spices, ground with patience to preserve their essence, and wood-pressed groundnut oil, known for its purity and depth. This sacred mixture is then lovingly sealed in jars, which are placed once more under the sun, sunbathing for 8 to 10 days, allowing nature to do its magic, fermenting slowly to develop deep, complex flavors that dance on your tongue.
