GIRORGANIC Mango Pickle is a celebration of tradition and taste, made from the legendary Rajapuri mangoes, famous for their perfect flavor and texture for pickling. This recipe comes straight from the memories of our grandmother’s kitchen, made with care, patience, and love—no shortcuts, no compromises. 

Each mango is hand-cut into delicate pieces and soaked in a turmeric and salt solution for 48 hours, allowing the fruit to soak in flavor and develop a natural golden hue.

 Afterward, the mangoes are spread under the open sky to sun-dry for 3 to 4 days, absorbing the warmth of the sun and the essence of nature, just like generations before us. 

Once dried, we blend in a rich mix of stone-ground spices and our very own wood-pressed groundnut oil. The mixture is then sealed in a barni (earthen jar) and placed under the sun again for 8 to 10 days, letting it ferment slowly and soak in the natural energy of the sun, developing deep, complex flavors that awaken the senses. 

This isn’t just a pickle. It’s a barni full of sunlight, memories, and the love of traditional kitchens, carrying the authentic taste of home in every bite.
