Tangy Capsicum Noodles

Ingredients 

For Tangy Capsicum Noodles

1 cup Chopped coloured capsicum

2 cup boiled noodles

1 tbsp GirOrganic Woodpressed Black Sesame Oil

½ tbsp grated ginger

¼ cup sliced onions

Salt to taste


For Tangy Sauce

1 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp lemon juice

½ tbsp GirOrganic Woodpressed Black Sesame Oil

1 tbsp powdered sugar

2 tbsp finely chopped coriander

1 tbsp roasted sesame seeds


Method -

  1. Heat GirOrganic Woodpressed Black Sesame Oil in a wok. Add ginger and saute for a few seconds on a high flame
  2. Add onions and saute on a high flame for 1 minute
  3. Add capsicum and saute on a high flame for 2 minutes
  4. Add salt to the prepared tangy sauce and mix well
  5. Add noodles to the wok. Toss & cook well for 2 minutes on a medium flame while tossing occasionally
  6. Serve the noodles immediately and garnish with roasted sesame seeds
