Ingredients -
1 ½ tablespoons roasted ground sesame seeds
1 tablespoon coarsely ground Korean chile (gochugaru)
1 ½ tbsp GirOrganic Woodpressed Black Sesame Oil
1 ½ tbsp rice vinegar
1 ½ tbsp lower-sodium soy sauce
¼ teaspoon kosher salt
6 cups torn romaine lettuce
⅓ cup slivered red onion
Method -
- Mix the first six ingredients in a large bowl.
- Stir the mixture with a wooden spoon/whisk
- Add lettuce & onions to the mixture
- Toss and coat all the ingredients evenly
- Serve immediately
