Red Chili Garlic Sauce


10 whole dry Kashmiri red chillies

2 tbsp chopped garlic

5 tbsp vinegar

1 tbsp sugar

2 tbsp GirOrganic Woodpressed Black Sesame Oil

Salt to taste


  1. Remove the stems from Kashmiri red chillis and put them into enough hot water. Cover with a lid and drain after 30 mins 
  2. Add garlic, sugar and vinegar to the soaked Kashmiri red chillies and blend in a mixer till smooth
  3. Transfer the mixture to a deep bowl & add GirOrganic Woodpressed Black Sesame Oil to it and mix well
  4. Store the Red Chili Garlic Sauce in an airtight container & refrigerate
  5. Use as per need
