Paneer Veggie Wrap

Ingredients -

4 leftover chapattis

For Filling - 

½ cup grated paneer

½ cup grated cabbage

½ cup grated carrots

2 finely chopped green chillies

3 tbsp finely chopped coriander

Other ingredients - 

4 tbsp green chutney

½ cup sliced onions

2 tbsp GirOrganic Woodpressed Groundnut Oil

Salt for taste


Method -

  1. Divide the filling into 4 equal portions and keep it aside.
  2. Heat GirOrganic Woodpressed Groundnut Oil in a nonstick pan and roast leftover chapattis till they turn light brown
  3. Place the chapattis on a clean, dry surface and spread 1 tbsp of green chutney evenly
  4. Add one portion of the filling at one end of the chapatti, sprinkle sliced onions & roll it up tightly
  5. Repeat the same process with the remaining chapattis
  6. Serve the Paneer Veggie Wrap immediately.
