Ingredients -
1 cup finely chopped broccoli
¼ cup crumbled paneer (cottage cheese)
2 tbsp GirOrganic Woodpressed Groundnut Oil
¼ cup finely chopped onions
2 tbsp finely chopped garlic
2 tbsp finely chopped green chillies
Salt to taste
¼ cup quick-cooking rolled oats
Method -
- Heat 2 tbsp GirOrganic Woodpressed Groundnut Oil & saute onions, green chillies & garlic on a medium flame for 1-2 minutes
- Add broccoli & salt and saute for 3-4 minutes on a medium flame while stirring continuously
- Remove from flame and transfer it to a deep bowl. Let it cool completely
- Once cooled, add oats & paneer. Mix well
- Divide the mixture into equal portions & shape each portion into round flat tikki
- Heat a nonstick pan and grease it with ½ tbsp GirOrganic Woodpressed Groundnut Oil
- Cook all the tikkis till they turn golden brown from both sides
- Serve the Paneer Brocolli Tikki with green chutney
