Brocolli & Paneer Tikki

Ingredients -

1 cup finely chopped broccoli

¼ cup crumbled paneer (cottage cheese)

2 tbsp GirOrganic Woodpressed Groundnut Oil

¼ cup finely chopped onions

2 tbsp finely chopped garlic

2 tbsp finely chopped green chillies

Salt to taste

¼ cup quick-cooking rolled oats


Method - 

  1. Heat 2 tbsp GirOrganic Woodpressed Groundnut Oil & saute onions, green chillies & garlic on a medium flame for 1-2 minutes
  2. Add broccoli & salt and saute for 3-4 minutes on a medium flame while stirring continuously
  3. Remove from flame and transfer it to a deep bowl. Let it cool completely 
  4. Once cooled, add oats & paneer. Mix well
  5. Divide the mixture into equal portions & shape each portion into round flat tikki
  6. Heat a nonstick pan and grease it with ½ tbsp GirOrganic Woodpressed Groundnut Oil
  7. Cook all the tikkis till they turn golden brown from both sides
  8. Serve the Paneer Brocolli Tikki with green chutney
