Ingredients -
½ cup beaten rice (poha)
½ cup boiled mixed sprouts
1 tbsp GirOrganic Woodpressed Groundnut Oil
½ tbsp mustard seeds
½ cup finely chopped onions
1 tbsp finely chopped green chillies
½ tbsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp finely chopped coriander (for garnish)
Method -
1. Place the beaten rice (poha) in a sieve & wash lightly. Drain & leave aside for 10 mins
2. Heat GirOrganic Woodpressed Groundnut Oil in a pan & add mustard seeds
3. Add onions and green chillies when the seeds crackle and saute till onion turns light brown
4. Add mixed sprouts and saute on a medium flame for 1-2 minutes
5. Add turmeric powder & salt. Mix well & cook on a medium flame for 1-2 minutes
6. Add ¼ cup of water. Mix well & cook on a medium flame for 1-2 minutes
7. Add the beaten rice and lemon juice & mix well. cook on a medium flame for 1-2 minutes while stirring continuously.
8. Serve the Mix Sprouts Poha hot garnished with coriander.
