GirOrganic's A2 Gir Cow Ghee is a vital source of holistic nourishment and taste and is made during ‘Brahma Muhurat’ using the traditional ‘Bilona’ method. Our 450+ A2 Gir Cows are grazed freely at our certified organic farm helping them to select their fodder. The presence of herbal plants like Shatavari, Jivanti, Ashwagandha and others in the fodder of the cows has a significant impact on both milk and ghee. 

Wood-pressed Groundnut Oil

The Groundnut Oil is extracted from premium quality organic groundnuts grown at our farm using natural & organic fertilizers like cow dung and urine. Groundnuts are harvested manually. Upon being dried properly, they undergo the deshelling process. Oil is extracted from the groundnuts using a wooden ‘Kachi Ghani’ machine using wooden pressure. This process is carried out at an ambient temperature and no additional heat treatment is involved in maintaining the quality of the product.
